What Insurance coverage is offered in your company and is it worth it or a waste?

I’ve always used strong insurance coverage as a selling point for new employees during the recruiting process but I’m never sure if what we offer is too rich, or a waste, or if others think about insurance for their employees the same way.

And with all the changes in healthcare should we think about what we offer differently. So I’d like to know what types of coverage do you offer and what part does the company pay for versus the employee and does it seem to work or are there things you’d change?
